I’ve been living on the island now for 7 years. I’ve worked in the global field of hospitality for over 30 years and have a lot of experience in many fields however I specialise in the world of food and beverages, beverages being my main passion. I have been lucky enough to find my niche in Ibiza providing a private mobile bar service for nearly 3 years. I’ve worked in events, parties and weddings being my specialty.
I have collaborations with Boutique Bartending Ibiza, La Grande Bouffe, Las Cicadas and Can Nemo to name a few. I try to solve the economy of clients and add value without necessarily adding vast costs. My team are trustworthy and very easy to work alongside which make work that much easier.

Professional Status
Education
To study the world of hospitality, management, finance and accounting. The course entailed a whole host of subject matter and was a great introduction to learn the initial basics required to enter into the public sector and apply myself in varying areas of hospitality eventually finding my niche in the world of food and beverages.
Work & Experience
I've entered a number of different places where I've worked and listed the countries too, I'm extremely well travelled and have global experience worldwide. I believe that all of this experience has rounded my personality and given me a very colourful character. There's always a story (or two) to tell and I believe this is essential especially in the world of hospitality!
