The complete whole body massage has amazing effects on releasing muscle tension, physical & emotional stress, opening & restoring vital energy flow in the body.
Ayurvedic Deep Tissue Oil Massage is given on a thick mattress on the floor and applied with selected oils & herbal powder to enhance the lymphatic system to detoxify.
the masseur is using hands & feet to stroke and stimulate the receiving body and give a different level of overall sensation .
Breath work is an integrated part of the process.
