Service Description

My name is Svetoslav Hristov. I am an Ibiza based photographer and videographer specialising in Architecture and creator of Hristov Image.

I had a long experience  the  Real Estate sector. The main reason for my choice of this working environment was the unique and beautiful architectural style  that each home has.

I fell in love with capturing the architectural lines for Real Estate, but I wanted to discover more. After completing an Architectural Photography Course from the University of Art in London I opened my perspective into the different ways of documenting architecture which made me willing to grow in that beautiful field even deeper.
Thanks to my colleagues from Engel & Völkers Ibiza I created the YouTube Channel of Ibiza Real Estate. Its goal is to present a property in a new and innovative video format. With this I am doing everything from the scripting to filming, presenting and editing the videos. The Channel is running with a big success as owners and potential buyers find it very valuable and entertaining.

More and more costumers recently asked for aerial shots. As a licensed drone pilot, I am providing to my clients drone footage including images, video, and panoramas to showcase their objects from a unique perspective from the above.
