Candelaria Tardivo

Hi, everybody!

Mi nombre es Candelaria Tardivo, tengo 31 años y soy Profesora y Traductora de Inglés Certificada.
He comenzado a trabajar como enseñante de Inglés en el año 2016 y desde ese entonces nunca he dejado de dar clases.
Tengo más de 6 años de experiencia dando clases de manera presencial y online por medio de plataformas como Zoom o Meet. Utilizo plataformas como Google Classroom para que todos mis alumnos tengan acceso al material (videos, audios, PDFs) aún finalizada la clase para que puedan ingresar a su plataforma personal y acceder al material dado en clases.

My name is Candelaria Tardivo and I am an experienced English teacher and translator. I have a demonstrated history of working with more than 6 years of experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults. I have a variety of work experience not only in the education sector but also as a translator. Regarding the education field, I have prepared students for different proficiency exams, given lessons during a regular school year, and also worked online as an English instructor for some startups.

About myself, I would say that my experience in different fields and my passion for language, have made me a flexible person who enjoys creativity and diversity. I enjoy content creating and combining new technologies with traditional ways of teaching English. I am an outgoing and friendly person who enjoys meeting new people. I am extremely hardworking, organized, and not afraid of challenges. I consider myself a dedicated and passionate teacher of English and English teachers. I have taught English as a second language since I was very young. I enjoy teaching English as a way of getting familiar with different cultures. I think that culture is a part of language and language is a part of the culture.

After many years of experience and exploration, I would like to share some of the ideas, perspectives, and materials that have contributed to the student’s progress and sense of well-being in the classroom.
I am always searching for new, fresh, and effective materials/approaches to lead my students to their goals. My classes are mixed, dynamic, fun, full of information, and, most important of all, always oriented to my student’s goals.
