With more than 16 years in the kitchen, I’m not only offer a service at the highest level of professionalism, but also I take my diners by the hand on a journey through flavours of all corners of the world. From the wonders of Peru, to the sober tones of northern European cuisine, and the unforgettable Mediterranean gastronomy, which is my personal speciality.

I’m well travelled, having visited many countries and cities; London, Amsterdam, Den Haag, Lima, Cusco, Madrid, Ibiza, among others, experiencing not only the gastronomic offer, but also its varied culture. This has given me the knowledge and experience to design his menus from scratch, using the highest quality, fresh and seasonal products, in tune with the land they come from, its rhythms and peculiarities, surprising even the most discerning clients, including ultra-high network individuals (UHNWI). As a professional, I’m hold valuable adaptation skills, and I quickly create the perfect working environment in every kitchen and under any circumstances.
