My name is Stephanie and I’m an award-winning coach. My qualifications include nutrition coaching, NLP, mindset, reflexology, reiki, massage and exercise movement. I have been involved in the wellness space for over 5 years

My passion lies in helping ambitious individuals break free from the cycles of burnout, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm by addressing the root cause—an overburdened nervous system. With my guidance, clients learn to thrive with clarity, confidence, and sustainable energy, leaving behind quick fixes for lasting solutions.

I specialise in empowering women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or out of alignment to reclaim their lives through proven techniques for nervous system regulation, mobility practices, and holistic coaching. My programs are carefully designed to foster mental, physical, and spiritual growth, equipping clients with tools to reduce stress, shift old patterns, and create a more balanced life.

Originally from Ireland, I have lived in 5 countries before settling in Ibiza. Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, DJing, exploring the outdoors and socialising with friends.

My dedication to my craft has been recognised, as I won a wellness award for the whole of Ireland last year. Each client I have worked with to date has said their mental health has improved and overall are much happier. This in turn makes me deeply happy and satisfied.
