I am a Yoga teacher and here to offer holistic services.

Unfortunately, today’s world is very fast-paced and we are very influenced by technology. Our whole being is very overstimulated and we find it increasingly difficult to switch off, to » slow down» the body.  The active nervous system, the sympathetic nervous system, is overactive and illnesses arise.

With my offers I would like to help you reintegrate slowness, mindfulness, letting go and sensing.

Emotional blockages and physical tension can be released through Yoga, targeted meditations and sound waves.
